Jeffrey R. Ofenloch. Age 58. Beloved son of Norma Joan, nee Dienes and the late Ronald J. Ofenloch. Loving brother of Brian (Carol) and Glen (Violeta). Proud Uncle of Kate, Michael (April), Timothy, Emily, Marissa (Justin) Mathias, Sara, and Joseph. Will be missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and his Misericordia Heart of Mercy family. Services will be held at Misericordia, 6300 N Ridge Ave, Chicago, 60660 on Monday, April 17. Visitation at 10 am in All Faith Room. Mass to follow at 11 am in Mercy Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Misericordia.
