The Reverend James L. Cain The Reverend James L "Joe" Cain, 69, of Blountstown died Saturday. The service will be at 2 p.m. CDT (3 p.m. EDT) today at First Assembly of God in Blountstown, with burial at Nettle Ridge Cemetery in Blountstown. A native of Calhoun County, he owned Smoke House, meat-cutting business, in Blountstown. He was a member of Assembly of God Church, and was pastor for several churches in the area for more than 45 years. He is survived by his wife, Armar-tine Cain of Blountstown; two sisters, Opal Parrish of Tallahassee and Mildred Dickson of Graceville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
