Daughter of Oscar Raymond Griffin and Edna Earl Caldwell, wife of George Albert Bailey and mother of Georgeanne (married William Charles Johnson) and Jeane Virginia Bailey.

Obituary - Services for Mrs. George A. Bailey a retired corporate librarian, will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, burial in Westview Cemetery. Mrs. Bailey, who resided at 416 Hillside Drive in Decatur, died Thursday at the age of 58. She was past president of the Epiphany Chapter, Daughters of the King and past diocesan president of the Daughters of the King. Mrs. Bailey was also a member of the Dade County (Fla.) Library Association and past member of the South Atlantic Library Association. Survivors include her husband; daughter, Miss Jeane Bailey of Decatur; mother, Mrs. O.R. Griffin of Richmond; sisters, Mrs. L.J. Schelter of Richmond, Va.; Mrs. L.G. Perry of Atlanta, Mrs. D. Westcott Moser of Asheboro, N.C.; and brothers, O.R. Griffin Jr., of Hamilton, Jack G. Griffin of Perrine, Fla., and William C. Griffin of Valdosta.
