Mary Jane Anderson, 86, of Edgeley, ND, passed away at Jamestown, North Dakota.

Mary Jane was born on August 1, 1931, in Valley City, North Dakota, daughter of Fritz and Viola (Beil) Priebe. She grew up on the farm and graduated valedictorian of Noltimier High School class of 1949. Activities in her high school years included girls basketball.

She married William A. (Bill) Anderson in October 1951 in Valley City, while working as an operator for Northwestern Bell. While living in Edgeley, they raised four children. Bill passed away suddenly in July 1974. Mary Jane later began her career at the Manor St. Joseph where she was able to spend her last couple years as a resident.

Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband, parents, parents-in-law, Wm. A. and Selma Anderson, brother, Earl Priebe, sisters, Annabelle Reichert and Jeanne Priebe, son-in-law Curt Mills and grandson Lee Anderson.

Inurnment: Mount Hope Cemetery, Edgeley, North Dakota.
