Also known as Scott Albert Bowdish. Son of Morris Cornelius Bowdish I and Sarah Elizabeth Schouten also buried at Maple Grove Cemetery. Husband of Mary Frances Risley Bowdish, who preceded him in death. He was a farmer/farm equipment salesman by trade. He suffered from a chronic stomach ailment requiring large amount of opiate pain medication. He was also responsible for the murder of his daughter Ida Bowdish just prior to his own suicide. Children included Mina, Myrtle, Morris, Maude, Stanley, Albert, William and Ida Bowdish. Only three of his eight children survived into adulthood.
