Earl Curry Willey was born on June 7, 1912 to Thomas Curry Willey and Martha Passwaters Willey. He worked as the town barber in Bridgeville Delaware from 1929 until he retired. He continued even into 2007 cutting hair in his home at the age of 95. He married Gladys Elizabeth Johnson on July 31, 1932. Together they celebrated 75 years of marriage and had 4 children: Harry Earl Willey Sr, Anna Mae Willey Hanby, Jon Michael "Mike" Willey and Lester Harvey Willey. They have 14 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. He was my Grandfather and will be deeply missed.
