Sallie Lee Frank Franks, daughter of the late, Coy F. Frank and Ida Young Frank; also preceded in death by her husband, James Delonas "Dee" Franks; and sister, Betty Mae Frank Skeen.
Survived by her son, James Rodney Franks, (Mary); grandson, Wes Franks, (Melanie); granddaughter, Kristen Franks Pearson, (Pete); and four great-grandchildren.
Sallie graduated from Denton High School, and soon after moved Brevard to work for Olin Mathison Corporation, Pisgah Forest, North Carolina, there she met James and they married in 1946 .
Member of Brevard First Baptist Church, where she was an active member.
She moved to Knoxville, Tennessee to be closer to her son and daughter-in-law.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, October 18, 2021, at Brevard First Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Maynard Officiating.
Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
