CENOTAPH IN ARKANSAS


Cleotis Waldo Jasper, 68, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away on August 28, 2015 in the home that he built surrounded by his beautiful wife and daughters.


He was born on March 25, 1947 in Star City, AR.


Cleotis married Melva on August 22nd, 1970 in Milwaukee, WI. He worked for over 27 years as a Sheet Metal Journeyman for Milwaukee Public Schools. He became one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1975 and has served as a faithful elder within the congregation for over 35 years.


He was a good and strong man that showed love and empathy to all. He passionately loved his wife, his faith, his children and grandchildren. He will be sorely missed by his entire physical and spiritual family.


Cleotis was preceded in death by his firstborn son, Philip J. Jasper Sr.; and his parents, Luther Jasper and Frances Ivee Jasper.


He is survived by his wife, Melva Jasper; three children; ten grandchildren; and fourteen siblings.


The memorial services will be held in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4015 Camden Rd, Pine Bluff, AR 71603.
