Gustav E. Walter was the 2nd son of William Walter and his wife Eva Zuehlke Walter. He was born in Germany and he came to the US with his family in 1881. Gustav never married and he lived with his spinster sister, Augusta Walter, at 636 W. Seventh Ave., Oshkosh, WI. He retired from the Radford Co. in 1945. He was a resident of Winnebago County Home at the time of his death at the age of 80.
