NELLIE M. ANDERSON

Nellie M. Anderson, 74, a resident of the Beaverton community, died Wednesday afternoon, February 21, 2007 at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland.
A Celebration of Nellie's Life will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 @ 1:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church, 359 "A" Street in Vernonia with the Pastor John Cahill, officiating. Private Interment will be held at the Vernonia Memorial Cemetery, 208 Bridge Street in Vernonia, Oregon.
Family and friends are invited to attend a reception immediately following the ceremony, to be held in the fellowship room of the church.
NELLIE MARIE ANDERSON was born October 12, 1937 in Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Thomas Levi Wolf and Nellie Cleveland (Simpson) Wolf. As a young girl she moved with her family to the Vernonia community, where she was raised and received her education.
She was a homemaker. Nellie was a member of the Baptist Church in Beaverton, Oregon.
Among her special interests she enjoyed reading, especially her daily bread prayer book as well as her bible. Nellie loved to do bead work, shopping and watching people at the mall.
She was preceded in death by her parents, by her two sisters, Mary Lou Wolf and Ruth Sullivan; and her five brothers, Homer Wolf, Cecil Wolf, Jack Wolf, Thomas Wolf and Francis Wolf.
Survivors include her son, Randy N. Anderson, of Vernonia, Oregon; and her sister, Catherine Dailey, of Quartzite, Arizona.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and her caregivers, Michelle Hasson and Marie Musso, of Krysta Care Adult Foster Care Home in Beaverton, where she was a guest resident for the past twelve years.
Fuiten, Rose & Hoyt Funeral Home in Vernonia is in charge of the arrangements.
