Funeral services will be held at Little Mountain Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Brewer was born October 17, 1939 in Wilkes County to Charlie and Belva Higgins Brewer. He was retired from American Drew and was a member of Little Mountain Baptist Church.
He is survived by: his wife, Brenda Jones Brewer of the home; one daughter, Janine Ward, and husband Craig of Hays; one son, Arnold Brewer of Hays; one sister, Patsy McLean of North Wilkesboro; one brother, Jerry Brewer of Moravian Falls; three grandchildren, Luke Brewer, Lauren Brewer, and LeAnn Ward; Step-grandchildren, Matthew Ward and Ashley Ward.
