Surviving are her husband Walter Miller Barnes, a retired local funeral director; four daughters, Arlene Ryan, and Patricia Constantino, both of Tallahassee, Fla., Lynn Groover of Savannah, Ga., and Debbie Kroh of Twenty-Nine Palms, Calif; two Stepdaughters, Wanda Barnes of Camden and Joyce Farmer of Cincinnati; two sons, Ronald Hammel of El Paso, Texas, and Joseph Hammel of New York City; one sister Lillian Kershaw of Tallahassee, Fla., several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Barnes will be at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday (today) at the Culley and Sons Funeral Home in Tallahassee. Burial will be in Mound Hill Union Cemetery, Eaton at the convenience of the family. Barnes Funeral Home - Eaton Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
