Joseph J. Watts, age 65, of Morrisville, Pa., passed away on Monday, October 22, 2007, at the Frankford Bucks Hospital in Falls Township.

Born in Aiken South Carolina, and raised in Augusta, Georgia, he was a resident of this area since 1954.

Mr. Watts was Executive Director and President of Better Homes, Inc of Bucks County. He was involved in the Bristol Township Development Corp. He is one of the founders of the organization which brought about Magnolia Park and the Business area there. He was a member of the Bucks County Private Industry Council and has worked as Vice President of the Regional Housing Legal Services. Mr. Watts was committed to serving his community and worked with many organizations too numerous to mention.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Joseph and Lillie Watts Beale, brothers, Robert Beale and Michael Beale; sister's Roberta Beale and Joann Watts.

He is survived by his twin brother Joshua and his wife Vera; four sisters Priscilla Morrison and her husband Glenn, Lois Watts, Rosalee Beale and Judy Beale all of Bristol Township. He is also survived by many cousins; nieces; nephews, his Aunt Estelle Wright and Uncle James Watts.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, 9:00 am – 11:00 am at the Community Baptist Church in Bristol Township. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am in the church. Interment is private.

Donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 625 W. Ridge Pike, Bldg. A100, Conshohocken, Pa. 19428.
