Miss Altstock lost her battle after years of battling chronic migraine headaches.
She is survived by her grandparents, Robert and Marsha Altstock of Sneads Ferry; her father, Matt Altstock of Albany, OR; one sister, Skyy Altstock of Sneads Ferry; and her uncle and aunt, Kyle and Danielle Bruhn of Jacksonville, NC.
