Original notations from 2021 remain, with updates as available:

This is a memorial in progress, as I am hoping to receive more information and approved photos for Sherry's page. Please feel free to contribute your own thoughts, memories and details by contacting me through this memorial or any of the other pages that I manage. Thank You.

PLEASE NOTE: I have been accepting management of many of Sherry's memorial pages at this time so that they don't disappear into the black hole of generic management or worse yet, management that does not verify information, copyright on photos, etc. - she mentioned to me many times through the years that she had had repeat issues with this type of problem. However, if you are a friend or close relative of hers and would like me to transfer specific memorials to your safe keeping, please send me a message through any of the pages that I manage, and I will be happy to do so.

Note: I would like to thank Sherry's close friend Amy Dorn for much of the information now being added to this memorial!

Sherry Reynolds, known for her hard work and dedication on and to the FGrave website passed away on 12, February 2021. As I have been offline again due to health issues for my son Gannon, I just found this out and was so saddened at the loss of such a sweet, thoughtful woman. Sherry and I never met in person, but over the few years we were acquainted on here, I can attest to her kindness, consideration and quiet but quirky sense of humor. Both of us had Illinois ties, and she would wade through my messages detailing my memories of Chicago, Springfield and just about anywhere else in the state Mom and Dad chose to set us down for awhile, and when I discovered her Wisconsin connections, yep, it was amazing how many times we had almost crossed paths 'in the real world' as my family traipsed through that state, as well.

Sherry enjoyed handcrafting and baking, and she collected Adora Dolls. She also loved to paint and do jigsaw puzzles; Amy noted in a message to me that Sherry also enjoyed doing flower arrangements - l word it like that because that sums up the level of patience she seemed to have, and I don't, lol. I keep coming back to the word 'gentle' as I think of Sherry, and I think that it suits her perfectly.

Sherry was so hopeful that her memorial pages to loved ones on here would last and help family members in the future to learn of their ancestry - she messaged me many times with photos and it was obvious in her detailing information how much her bloodline remained strong in her heart, and to her spirit. I would always marvel at her having such wonderful keepsakes as my background was not known for taking photos when I was a kid - she was very proud of her father's military career, and spoke highly of her mother Bernice. I am proud to say that she okayed me sponsoring some of her family members, and I thank her for trusting me to have my name attached to her pages.

Sherry died of sepsis and hemorrhagic stroke, and l have just learned that her sister had passed away two weeks earlier. I am going to follow through on this information and will update Sherry's page as possible.

I will update this page as needed... For now, I do have one last thought. Sherry, Thank You for your hard work on here; Thank You for asking how Gannon was doing every single time we messaged back and forth, and Thank You for being here for the time you were. Rest.
