FORTE JR. beloved husband of Veronica "Ronnie" (nee Lynch); loving stepfather of Tricia Preston (Marc Rizzo) and Tracy Hansen (John); cherished grand-father "Boompa" of Tayor (Dom), Natalie, Katie, Kirby, Tara, Michael, Chase, Luke and Nate; great grandfather of Isla and Leo; predeceased by beloved parents James and Vincenzina and siblings Mary, Jay (Jerome), Theresa, Italo "Lil" killed in action in WWII, Evelyn "Dolly"; survived by Margherite "Margie" Cerankosky; dear uncle, great uncle, and great-great uncle of many nieces and nephews.
U.S. Army veteran. Retired 31 year veteran of Cleveland Fire Department. Volunteer for Hospice of the Western Reserve for 20 plus years and many other organizations. Please no flowers. The family suggests donations to a charity of your choice.
Funeral Mass 10 am Tuesday May 22 at St. Paschal Baylon Church. Inurnment at a later date. The family will receive friends at THE DiCICCO AND SONS FUNERAL HOME 5975 MAYFIELD RD. MAYFIELD HTS.,(at Lander Rd.) MONDAY 4 TO 8 PM.
