Loydie's death notice in the Detroit Free Press includes: "Husband of the late Ethelene. Dear Father of Eric L. Guldenstein of Springfield, IL and Paul A. Guldenstein of Decatur, IL. Leaves three Grandchildren, one Niece, and four Nephews."
