A funeral service for Johnny Alexander will begin at 3:00pm on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Escude Funeral Home in Moreauville, Louisiana.

Johnny Alexander entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the age of 61.

He was born on July 2, 1960 in Moreauville, Louisiana, to Joseph Alexander, Sr. & Ruby Lee (Langston) Alexander.

He was the tenth of eleven children. He will forever be remembered as a faithful and loving son, brother, and uncle. After completing school, Johnny enlisted in the Army. He served from 1980-1983. Once he was released from active duty, on honorable discharge, he moved to Fort Worth, Texas, where he resided and worked there until his passing.

Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Alexander, Sr.; mother, Ruby Lee (Langston) Alexander; brothers, David Alexander, Sr., and Earl Alexander, Sr.; sister, Caldonia Langston; and niece, Stacey Alexander Pierite.

Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Joseph (Beverly) Alexander, Stephen Alexander, Jimmy (Brenda) Alexander, Peter Alexander, and Carlton Alexander; sisters, Doris Alexander and Zeline Alexander; sister-in-law, Joyce Alexander; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A visitation will begin at 2:00pm until time of service on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Escude Funeral Home in Moreauville.
