Helen F. Griffin was b. June 1872 in Chicago, Illinois. She was the dau. of Edward W. Griffin and Frances M. Hawkins. I believe she is the same child who was referred to as "Birdie" in the 1880 census in Evanston, Illinois. The family was living in Chicago in 1870, so I put her p.o.b. as Chicago. She died Sept. 21, 1941 at the age of 70 and was buried with the family on Sept. 23. She apparently died unmarried.
