Jake loved his family & friends very much. He enjoyed so many things in life such as; taking his dogs for walks, Jamming with his brother, Cooking with mom, Sunrises when fishing with dad, Hanging out with his cousins, trips with his grandparents, Scootering, Longboarding, Snowboarding, Drawing, Hand Flowing, Heavy Metal & EDM shows, Guitar, Chilin with his many friends, Family get-togethers & he especially liked helping those in need of some Love.
Jake is survived by his parents Keith & Nancy Baque Eldrup of Gurnee, IL; brother Bradley Eldrup of Gurnee, IL; Grandmother Karen Eldrup of Mundelein, IL; Step-Grandmother Annmarie of Chicago, IL; Uncle Al & Aunt Mary Baque, Uncle Robert & Aunt Kim Baque, Uncle Tony Baque, Uncle Michael & Aunt Nancy Baque, Aunt Rosemarie Baque, Uncle Kurt Eldrup. He is also survived by many cousins, family members, and friends who loved him dearly, as well as his dogs Shelby & Trey whom he adored.
Jake is preceded in death by his Grandfather Kenneth Eldrup of Mundelein, Grandfather Alvaro Baque of Chicago, IL & Grandmother Marie Baque of Skokie
Visitation will be Saturday, July 31st, 2021, from 11:00 am until the time of remembrance service at 1:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
