This is my grandfather, dont know much about him, was in car wreck in the early 50s, was in mental hospital there after. died 1983, or 84. He really didnt know his grandchildren. married to Louise Hannah Phillips. Had 6 grandchildren Paulette, Em, Ed, Scott, Vivian, Doyle. Had 1 Son Paul, 1 Daughter Charlotte. Both deceased.∼William Bill Phillips was the second child of James Ezekiel and Ella Webb Phillips. He was born in 1904. He married Louisa Ellen Hannah Phillips. He was in a bad car accident in 1946 and had major brain damage. He spent the rest of his life at Central State Hospital in Nashville and died there in 1983
