Her siblings are Cheryl, Kimberly and David Ruffin, Jr. She was the niece of legendary Jimmy Ruffin who had a big hit with Motown, What Becomes of the Broken Hearted. Nedra also leaves to cherish her memories, her mom and 3 children. Nedra lost her battle with COVID-19.
