Wanda Ruth (Harris) Lynch HOUSTON, Texas Wanda R. Lynch, former Mattoon resident, passed away September 21, 1997, in Houston, Texas; her home of 33 years.
Survived by husband, Norman E. Lynch; son, James M. Lynch and fiance Sherry Hull; daughter, (Carole) Jo Martin and husband A. J.; sisters, Ellen Jeffries of Mattoon, Ill.; Nancy Ingram of Downers Grove, Ill., and Donna Pastene of Hollywood, Fla.
A 1948 graduate of Mattoon High School, Wanda was employed by Hulman and Co. and later CIPS before moving to Houston, where she was a highly successful real estate agent until her retirement last year. She suffered from Alzheimer's disease beginning in 1991.
Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. September 25, 1997, at St. Cecilia Church, Houston, Texas. Interment at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, Houston, Texas. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Earthman Hunters Creek Chapel, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas.
