Sis. Mary Lee Hobbs Poller was born April 22, 1931 to the late Allen and Leola Hobbs in Waycross, Georgia. She received her formal education from the Waycross Public School System. In 1948 she married Bobbie L. Poller Sr., which lead to travel due to his dedication in the United States Armed Forces. After his service, they returned back to Waycross, Georgia.

Sis. Mary and her family moved to Philadelphia, PA. in 1961 and later moved to Camden, New Jersey. In Camden she continued her education and earned a Degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She loved to help make a difference in people lives daily. She also loved play the piano, sewing, crocheting, and cooking her Southern Style food. Later in life she worked as a United States Postal Worker prior to her retirement.

She accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age. She was an active member of Deptford Church of God in Deptford, N.J. having served as the Church Treasurer, a faithful usher, and the Church Announcer. Sis. Mary enjoyed singing and praising the Lord with her church family. She was a very giving person and helped anyone in need.

She received her wings on November 22, 2020 at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Lansdowne, PA. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Alexis Poller and a grandson, Chappelle Poller.

A graveside service will be held Friday December 11, 2020 at Hazzard Hill Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
