Edward Albert Aaron

Edward (Ed) Aaron was born May 5, 1946 in Fresno, California, to Isaac Aaron and Charlotte Tashjian Aaron. He went home to be with the Lord on October, 8, 2014. He attended all Fresno schools, graduating from Fresno Pacific University in 1969 with a BA in Social Science and a Minor in Physical Education. Ed did his postgraduate studies at Fresno State University and was able to do his student teaching at his Alma Mater, Roosevelt High School. In 1989, Ed met the love of his life, Kristine Proctor, who became his wife on September 29, 1990. Together they made their home in Fresno, CA. In 1991, Ed and Kris moved to Danville in the San Francisco Bay area, where Ed continued his career in Workers Comp Insurance. In 1995, Ed and Kris traveled to The Peoples Republic of China where they adopted their first daughter, Kirsten. Since their family was growing, they then moved to Dublin, CA. In 2001, Ed, Kris and Kirsten again went to China where they adopted their second daughter, Danielle. In Dublin, Ed was able to pursue his passion of coaching basketball at Valley Christian High School. Ed helped coach the team to victory in the Santa Maria, CA Invitational Tournament. In 2005, the Family moved to Bothell, Washington. Ed again became involved in coaching basketball, first at Heritage Middle School and then at Providence Classical Christian School where he coached the team to victory after victory. Above all, Ed loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and modeled this love in his coaching style. Ed is survived by his wife, Kris; his daughters, Kirsten Carah Zhi Huang Aaron and Danielle (Dani) Huai Yu Aaron, brothers, James Aaron and Richard Aaron of Fresno, CA, their wives, Heather and Nancy Aaron, nephews, David, Michael, Steven and John Aaron, and nieces, Janelle and Stephanie. Services will be held on Friday, November 7, at Canyon Hills Community
Church in Bothell, Washington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Providence Classical Christian School Athletics Fund.
