Donald was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and a son of the late Virgil and Mae Worley Robinson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judie Ruth Reagan Robinson, who died in 2013; a sister, Carolyn Worley; and two brothers, James and Dale Robinson. Donald retired from Champion International in 2003 after 33 years of service and was a member of Beaverdam United Methodist Church.
He is survived by one son, Richard Albert Robinson (Earlene Rebecca Robinson) of Canton; one sister, June Causby of Candler; and two grandchildren, Hannah and Jaxson Robinson.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Beaverdam United Methodist Church with the Reverend Gordon Pike officiating.
