James "Jim" Watkins, 66, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Schooler Funeral Home with the Rev. John Love of Trinity Fellowship Church officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Schooler Funeral Home.
Mr. Watkins was born on Jan. 31, 1939, in Iowa Park and was raised in Hugoton, Kan. He served in the Navy and returned to Texas in 1962 to become a master plumber. He married Carol Lummus in 1972 in Panhandle.
