Services will be at 11 a.m. today in First Street Church of Christ with the Rev. Ruben Acevedo, grandfather of Isaiah, officiating. Burial will be in Dumas Cemetery. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors.
Isaiah was born April 6, 2003, in Amarillo to Gabriel Acevedo and Marissa Holguin. He attended Morningside Elementary PPCD and was a lifetime resident of Dumas.
Survivors include his parents, Gabriel and Zulema Acevedo of Sunray; his mother, Marissa Holguin of Dumas; two sisters, Mariana Acevedo of Sunray and Nathalia Gonzalez of Dumas; two brothers, Tommy Espino and Julian Espino, both of Sunray; grandparents, Ruben and Gloria Acevedo of Guymon, Okla., Eleacer and Marina Huerta of Sunray, Jesus and Antonia Cassanova of Muleshoe and Guadalupe Holguin of Dumas; two great-grandmothers, Guadalupe Acevedo of Crosbyton and Eva Holguin of Mexico; and great-grandparents, Joaquin and Aurelia Andujo of Sunray.
