ONEIDA - Edward C. Bortle, died early yesterday morning at his home near State Bridge. Bright's disease is ascribed as the cause of his death. He was a well known farmer and lifelong resident of the town of Verona. Funeral services will e held at his late home tomorrow afternoon and burial will be made at West Cemetery.
