Rita M. Boulan of Lewiston and Clawson, Michigan, died peacefully at her home, March 20, 2016. She was 77 years old. Rita was born on July 14, 1938 in Detroit to parents, Mercedes (nee Madison) and Willis Brown.
On June 2, 1956 Rita married William D. Boulan. The two have been married for 59 years. Rita loved spending time up north and was an excellent cook. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and bowling. Rita was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.
Rita is survived by her beloved husband Bill and her loving children, David Boulan and Diana (David) Campbell. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Bryan (Brittany), Melissa, and Kelly and her dear sister, Sharon Foucart. Rita is preceded in death by her daughter, Dody Boulan.
A Funeral Service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Road (between 14-15 Mile Rds.) Saturday 11am. Friends may visit Friday 4-8pm.
