Cynthia Grotelueschen, 3 1/2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Grotelueschen of Colorado Springs, died in a hospital there at 6 p.m. Thursday following surgery for a brain tumor. Besides her parents, Elroy and Betty Loseke Grotelueschen, the child is survived by two brothers, Lee and Rodney; her grandparents, Mrs. Ernst Grotelueschen of Lake Worth, Fla., and Mr. and Mrs. Ernst Loseke of Columbus; her paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F.H. Mueller of Columbus. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Redeemer Lutheran church in Colorado Springs, after which the body will be entrained for Columbus for graveside services and burial Tuesday in Roselawn Memorial cemetery. Gass Funeral home will handle the local arrangements.
