SOUTHBURY — Herbert Garry "Bud" Partridge Jr. was born June 8, 1930, and died June 2, 2007, in Florida.
Bud and his late wife, Lynne, were childhood sweethearts who married on Dec. 5, 1953.
Celebrating 53 years together as husband and wife, they now begin a new journey in eternal life together.
Among his survivors are his three children he raised in Southbury, Garry Partridge of Waterbury, Sharon (Partridge) Villars of Bradenton, Fla., and Laura (Partridge) Aguilar of Bradenton, Fla. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Leila Stone of Southbury, Aimee Smith of Thomaston, and Viola Rallis of Lutz, Fla.
A graveside service for family and friends will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, at Pine Hill Cemetery, Southbury. The Southbury Funeral Home of MunsonLovetere, 235 Main St. North, is in charge of arrangements.
