WILLIAM K GRAY SR
William Kenworthy Gray, Sr., 80, a resident of Lansdale since 1965, passed peacefully on Monday, January 4, 2021. He was the beloved husband of the late Faline (Mather) Gray, his wife of 50 years, who died September 10, 2014.
Born September 12, 1940 in Baltimore, he was the only child of the late George Ream Gray and Anna Kenworthy.
Mr. Gray was employed in sales with Merck for many years, retiring in the 1990s. In addition to raising five wonderful children, he and Faline fostered a multitude of children over the years.
Bill represented Ward 3 on the Lansdale Borough Council for eight years. He was also an active member of the Lansdale Presbyterian Church in Hatfield.
Survivors include his children, William K. Gray, Jr. (Erica) of Lansdale, Jeffrey M. Gray (Jennifer) of Lansdale, Austin M. Gray (Tara) of Souderton, and Corrine L. Morton of Schulenburg, TX; and 11 grandchildren, Bronwyn, Aric, Owen, Dietrich, Emme, Riley, Landon, Braydon, MiKenzie, Ava, and Natalie.
Relatives and friends may call between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Lansdale Presbyterian Church, 450 Oak Park Road, Hatfield, PA 19440, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private in Atglen Methodist Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
