Deceased Name: MIKE COLVIN

Mike Colvin, 49, of Hobbs, N.M., and formerly of Warren, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2004, at his home.

Born April 14, 1954, in Warren, he was the son of Wyona Marks Colvin and Johnny Colvin. He was employed with U.S. Cable for 30 years and was active in mountain man activities, Harley riding, snowshoeing, scuba diving and travel.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother, Wyona Marks Colvin, of Hobbs.

Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Marks Mill Cemetery near New Edinburg. Burial will be under the direction of Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the ALS Foundation
