The simplest pleasures in
life brought great joy to Rose.

She loved spending time with family and friends, going to the casino or baking cookies and brownies in the kitchen for the family that meant so much to her. She loved her movies, anything Disney, anything chocolate, the Houston Astros and most of all shopping.
As a talented national make-up artist for over thirty years Rose had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful and loving people that not only filled her heart with love and joy but friends that would last a lifetime. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities and her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met.
She was a guiding light to all those who were lost and brought joy and happiness into your heart just by simply saying hello. She was talented, loving, caring and would do anything for her family and friends. She will be missed, but she will forever stay within our hearts as she watches us from heaven above.
Rose leaves behind her brothers Leonard L. Lazo and Wife Veronica, John A Lazo and wife Stella, Bernard B. Lazo III and her sisters Judith Lazo-Tillson and Patricia Lazo Bullin. She also leaves behind her honorary children Alex, Thomas, Jarrod Theresa, and Corey along with her many loving and caring nieces, nephews, and godchildren, her aunts and uncles Eva L. Jackson and husband John, Alicia Driscoll, Alice Duran, and Johnny Lazo. Cousins Edward, Laura, Brian, Kimberly, Javier, and Melissa. She was proceeded in death by her parents Bernard Q. Lazo Jr. (Sonny) Ofelia C. Lazo, her grandparents Bernardo V Lazo, Otila Q. Lazo, Fidel A Castillo, Maria (Vita) Castillo, Uncles Adam Lazo, and Joseph Lazo Aunts Mary Lazo and Margaret Guevara. Niece Mary Lazo and Nephew Marc A Jimenez.
