DAINGERFIELD - Services for Merle Floyd Nix, 85, of Daingerfield, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 29, 2007, at South Union Baptist Church, with the Rev. Neal Clark and the Rev. Chad Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Blevins Cemetery of Cason. Arrangements are by Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Mrs. Nix died September 27, 2007, in Daingerfield.
Born February 1, 1922, in Daingerfield, she was a homemaker and member of South Union Baptist Church. Survivors include her brother, C.R. Floyd; and sister, Juanita Hargett.
