James Willard (Tweety Bird) Stills went home to be with the Lord on September 26, 2007. He was born on February 09, 1945 to Mays and Fern (Hill) Stills in Marshall, Arkansas.

James enjoyed driving a truck, his family, and would give the shirt off his back if someone needed it. He attended the St. Joe Baptist Church. James and Becky were married for 43 years, to that union they had four children.

Survivors include: wife Becky of the home, two daughters: Penny Perryman of California, Christina Stills of Clinton, Arkansas, two sons: Jamie Stills and Phillip Stills both of St. Joe, Arkansas, five grandchildren: Jesse Teague, Chariti Masterson, Trent Stills, Zac Stills, Kelsey Stills, and Rhonda Stills, three great-grandchildren: Ava Grace Teague, Noah Teague, and Mathew White, four brothers: Deloin Stills of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Pappy Dale Stills of St. Joe, Arkansas, Veron Stills of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Jerry Stills of Russellville, Arkansas, sister: Susan Hutton of Fayetteville, Arkansas and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services were held at St. Joe Baptist Church in St. Joe, Arkansas with Eldon King officiating.

Pallbearers: Thomas Scott, Jay Scott, Billy Fisk, Eddie Martin, Jimmie Don Hensley, Jerry Loggins.

Honorary Pallbearers: Monte Davenport, Mac McClain, Gary Adams, Roger Paul.

Burial was in the Osborn Cemetery by Roller-Coffman Funeral Home.
