Guy Wallace Anderson, age 58, of Russellville, Ala., died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007, at his residence.
Mr. Anderson was a native of Colbert County but had made his home in Russellville for the past 35 years. He attended the Methodist church. He was a graduate of UNA and owner and operator of A-1 Discount Builders Depot.
The funeral will be Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home chapel, Russellville, with visitation from noon-2 p.m. Officiating will be Hershel Quinn, with burial to follow in Tuscumbia Oakwood Cemtery.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Anderson, Russellville, Ala.; daughter, Amy Dodson and husband, Scott, of Birmingham, Ala.; two grandchildren, Abigail Morgan Dodson and Evan Guy Dodson.
He was preceded in death by parents, Guy W. and Ruth Anderson.
