CLINTON – Arnel (Dick) Acrey, 72, died Saturday noon at University Hospitals, Madison, after a long illness. He was born Jan. 19, 1894, in Stop, Ky., and had lived in Clinton for the past 20 years. A veteran of World War I, he had been a partner in Carl and Dick's Tavern for 21 years. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mary Brussell, New Castle, Ind., and Mrs. Edna Newland, Monticello, Ky. Burial will be in Clinton Cemetery.
