Born Feb. 11, 1922, in Arbyrd, Mo., son of the late George and Mabel Brydon Huggins, he was a deputy sheriff and a member and deacon of Lake Village Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Winnis June Huggins, of lake Village; three sons, Dennis Huggins, of Lake Village and David and Don Huggins, both of Little Rock, Ark.; one brother, Welton Huggins, of Arbyrd; one sister, Georgia Rose Ash, of Kingston, N. Y.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Thursday, Aug. 26, at Lake Village Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Bell officiating.
Burial was in the Holy Innocents Cemetery.
