Elizabeth E. Barna, 56, of 696 North West Street, Waynesburg, died of an apparent heart attack at 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 1990, in Greene County Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 4, 1934, in Carnegie, a daughter of the late Charles W. and Margaret Sheets Rinehart.
Mrs. Barna lived most of her life in the Waynesburg area. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waynesburg.
Mrs. Barna was a 1953 graduate of Waynesburg High School. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Barna is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Donald (Charlotte) Heath of Eighty Four, Mrs. Neil (Johnna) Dinan of Waynesburg, Mrs. Brad (Patricia) Ballard of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. David (Kimberly) Ankrom of Boyertown; a son, John Rodney Barna of Waynesburg; 11 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. George (Shirley) McElhoney of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Hugh (Pat) Montgomery of Waynesburg; and three nieces.

Richard Visser officiating. Burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
