Surviving are his wife, Lena Lamkin Crawford, Galax; two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and William J. East of Buchanan, Linda and T. L. Turman of Bogart, Ga.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Debbie Crawford of Charlottesville, Jerry and Shirley Crawford of Martinsville; two brothers, Ralph L. Crawford of Goodview, Roy M. Crawford of Blacksburg; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 19, 1993, at the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel, Galax. Interment will follow in the City Cemetery.
