Teresa Ann Abbott, age 54, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 19, 1965, in Cincinnati, a daughter of Mary DeGolyer and Bethel Rich. She accepted Christ as her savior. Teresa worked as a lab tech at Procter and Gamble for about 15 years. She was always the life of the party. Teresa was a single mother, who took care of her daughters with pride. Her personality lit up any room. To know Teresa was to love her!
Teresa leaves behind to cherish her memory: three daughters, Jodena, Raydena and Wendena; three brothers, Chuck (Brenda), Willie (Barb) and Paul; a sister, Tisha; six grandbabies, Nathan, Andrew, Johnathan, Rayanna, Kristjan and Giovanni; and a host of loving cousins, aunts, uncles and special lifelong friends. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mary "Cathy" DeGolyer and Bethel Rich; her husband, Raymond Abbott, Jr.; her oldest daughter, Krisdena Abbott; a sister, Cynthia Rich; her stepfather, Paul DeGolyer; her mother-in-law, Nancy Davis; and many other loved ones.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, at Friendship Baptist Church, 8580 Cheviot Road, Cincinnati. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kinley Funeral Home.
