Iris Bundy Smith, 90, a resident of Zachary, LA and born in Shelton, NE, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Visitation will be held at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc., Zachary on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm and on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 9:00 am until service time at 11:00 am conducted by Dr. Les Colvin. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Baker. Iris is survived by her children, Betty Jo Smith, Judy Ferrell, James Smith, Kathy L. Smith, Diana Mabry and husband Terry, Barbie Navo and husband Barry, Pam Smith. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Rusty Myers, Bessie Burgess, Denise Myers, Marcus Mabry, Patrick Mabry, Amber Navo, Caitlin Navo and Will Ferrell and two great-grandchildren, Lucy Burgess and Aiden Mabry. She is preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, William O. "Bill" Smith, Daughter, Karen S. Myers and seven brothers and one sister.
