Jasmine Marie Walters, age 17, of Hart, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2007 near Claremont, Minnesota from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
She was born August, 30, 1990 in Shelby, to Mark and Melanie (Riggs) Walters. Jasmine was raised in Crystal Valley. She attended Elbridge School and later Hart High School.
She loved music and little dogs. She had gone to Minnesota to work there.
Jasmine is survived by her father, Mark Walters (and his fiance, Tammy Sandusky); her mother, Melanie Walters (and her fiance, Santiago Pitones); her sisters, Anita (Scott) Umstead and Amber Walters; grandparents, Marilyn Walters and Don and Beverly Riggs; aunts and uncles, Ginger Hawkins, Cindy Walters, Merten (Maysie) Walters, Jr., Bruce Walters, Judy (John) Kokx and Dawn (John) Riley; special friend, Adalberto Soto; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Merten Walters, Sr.
