Cindy came to the USA when she was a child to live. Her mother is Nancy Lee Wagner and her biological father was Charles Arthur Soderberg. She was married to Michael Ruscitti who passed long before her and she never rewed. She was very close to her mother and her stepdad, Walter H Smith Jr (my father n law). She was cremated and her remains kept with her mother at this time (2020). Primary cause of death: Unknown natural causes, other conditions attributing are Stage 4 lung cancer, vascular disease and we now she had cancer of the tongue. Survivors include: her mother Nancy Smith, step father Walt Smith, sister Terry and a brother Bob.
