William "Bill" Arthur Andrews, age 62, of Crossett, AR passed away on September 5, 2007 at his residence. He was born on June 22, 1945 in Crossett, AR to his parents, Charles Edward and Mary Louise Wafer Andrews. Mr. Andrews served in the Air Force for 22 ½ years and the Army for 2 years. He was a Baptist. Mr. Andrews was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Ann Andrews.
Survivors include: one son, William Rustin Andrews of Irving, TX; two daughters, Shannon Lee Jackson of Ypsilanti, MI, Shawn Mitchell of Hot Springs, AR; one brother, Harry Andrews of Crossett, AR; four sisters, Carol Justice of Bastrop, LA, Linda Joiner of El Dorado, AR, Mary Gilhouse, Patricia Koepsel, both of Derby, KS; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Community Chapel Church with Bro. Mike Chain officiating. Interment will follow at Pinewood Memorial Park under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, AR.
