Julia Catherine Mitchell, age 84, of Buchanan, GA passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 3pm at Pine Ridge Memorial Park in Kennesaw, GA. Mrs. Mitchell was preceded in death by her husband, George Lewis Mitchell. She is survived by her sons: Carlos Mitchell (Kristy) and Mike Mitchell (Dixie), and her daughters: Debra Sims (Bill), Mendy Miller (Wayne), Cathy Gobrecht (Gary) and Jenny Dickerson (David). Mrs. Mitchell is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. The family of Mrs. Mitchell will be receiving friends on Sunday, January 31. 2016 from 1-3pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, GA.
