She was born Aug. 30, 1936, in Fort Francis, Ontario, Canada. On April 19, 1958 in International Falls, MN Esther and her husband James F. Kane were married.
She is survived by her husband, James; daughter, Kathleen (Emil) Forester of Inver Grove Heights; son, Daniel Kane of Eagan; daughter, Colleen (Glenn) Rood of Plymouth; and daughter, Bridget (Joe) Salscheider of Chandler, AZ; 7 grandchildren, Ryan, Sara, Charles, Jenna, Jessica, Parker, and Ashley. She also is survived by her brothers and sisters, William, Richard, Delores and Myrna. Prior to moving to Arizona in 2003 James and Esther resided in Brooklyn Park, MN.
