BURGAW - Zeb L. Hunt of the Montague community of Pender County died at his home Tuesday. Born in Pender County Feb. 10, 1889 he was a veteran of World War I. He was a son of R. A. and Bethria Kelly Hunt. Funeral services will be conducted from the Bethlehem Baptist Church Thursday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. E. B. Stuart and the Rev. L. L. Johnson. Burial will be in the Hunt family cemetery. The body will be taken to the church at ten o'clock. Mr. Hunt is survived by his widow, the former Miss Lorena Malpass; four daughters, Sarah of the home, Joyce, Janie Bell and Bettie Lou all of Wilmington; two sons, Harry of the home and Allen P. of Currie; one grandchild; one sister, Mrs. Wrother Devane of Wilmington; three brothers, Lee of Teachey, Ira D. of Memphis, Tenn. and R. T. of Kelly.
